M2 Media Group Names Publishing Executive Erik Hass as Director of Business Development
Stamford, CT, March 2, 2012 — M2 Media Group announced today that Erik Hass will be joining its management team as Director of Business Development. Mr. Hass comes to M2 from Wenner Media where he led strategic partnership marketing and development. In his new role at M2, he will be responsible for new business development, sales and partner relations. "I’m excited to be joining such an innovative agency," said Hass. "Coming from major magazine publishers, I’ve had the benefit and perspective of seeing M2’s rise from within the industry."

While at Wenner, Erik led partnership development efforts for US Weekly, Rolling Stone and Men’s Journal, and was responsible for various new business initiatives. Prior, he was at Meredith Corporation where he was responsible for partnership development with their entire portfolio including Better Homes and Gardens, Parents and Family Circle. Prior he was at Time 4 Media, a division of Time, Inc., where he held partnership marketing and development roles for GOLF Magazine and Popular Science. Earlier in his career, Erik was at Golf Digest, where he managed client relations and created strategic alliances for its golf schools division.
